Our House - 102 & 104 Sea Street
is 500 steps from the Sea St Beach in Dennis Port MA
It is a duplex house with similar quarters on both sides
( 102-the front unit -has more amenities)
A family of 11 can all be at the same place - with separate units for
sleeping, dining, entertainment - and gather together on the large front
deck and enjoy Cape Cod life together

Summer on Cape Cod at Casa Canty
Welcome to our Cape Cod home-- CASA CANTY
Summer 2017 is coming fast....
Vacation together with the whole family....separately...
Our house has 2 separate apartments with kitchen, dining, living room,
bathrooms and bedrooms on each side. Its ideal for family and friends to
vacation together and still have separate accommodations with lots of room to move around, or rent 1 side for a smaller crowd of Cape Cod lovers.
Casa Canty Cape Cod is right in the middle of everything and half way to everywhere. Take 500 steps to the south and you can spend the day at the Sea Street beach. Go 500 steps the other way and chill down with a a Sundae School ice cream experience.
Sea Street is close to all the dining and entertainment the mid-cape has to offer. There are over a dozen places to eat all within a mile of the house - and many more nearby. For the adventurers, there's lots to see and do heading east to Provincetown or west to Bourne. Our duplex home is a great vacation base that has what you need to relax and enjoy the spare time you have while taking a break from discovering all the treasures of Cape Cod.
Both apartments have outdoor showers, outside decks, TVs wi-fi and all the amenities.
There is room for 2 cars per apartment
102 Sea Street is larger and has direct access to the front deck - it sleeps 6

Our rates are very reasonable for Cape Cod and we share that rate and our home to people we know will take care of the house we love and enjoy so much.
The worst part of vacation.....going home ...
Our Casa Canty Cape Cod rule for friends and family rates:
Make sure the house is as clean and arranged as when you arrived.
You pay a deposit with your rental fee. If we have to pay for cleaning it's $100 per apartment.
Before you leave - the cleaning is a 2-3 hour job for one person - many hands makes it go much faster - You will have the cleaning checklist and all the tools
